Bear one another’s burdens!!

Key verse
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ
In the verse quoted above, ” bear one another’s burdens ” is replaced with “carry each other’s burdens”
Meaning, there are times christians find themselves over burdened or overwhelmed with their circumstances
For instances you write an exam twice and you fail both of them. The bible says there is a time for everything. ( Ecclesiastes 3:1) . You will pass
You invest so much in your Christian ministry and it is not yielding much results. The bible says in Isaiah 55:11 that God’s word does not go and come back void. It accomplishes what it was sent to do
Your ministry is accomplishing things you cannot see with your eyes. Do not give up
How can we help christian brethren overburdened or overwhelmed by their circumstances?
1. We must pray for them
– Ephesians 6:18
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching there unto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints
– We must pray genuinely and sincerely for them
– Pray that God fixes the problem and restores their joy
2. We must comfort and encourage them with the word
– 2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness
– The bible has scripture verses for all situations
– Find the appropriate one for your friend or brother’s situation
3. We must lend a helping hand
– Help in diverse ways
a) Help to study
b) Make suggestions to restore their joy
c) Be ready to listen
– Proverbs 18:24 says
There is a friend that sticks closer than a brother
