The name of the Lord
Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and are safe.
Calling on the name of the Lord in times of trouble gives security. This kind of security can not be found anywhere else in this world. Even the most sophisticated security systems can be broken by professional thieves. There are stories that have been told of thieves fleeing when their victims mentioned the name of Jesus.
Philippians 2:9 says
Wherefore God hath highly exalted Him and given Him a name that is above every name.
This verse also confirms that the name of the Lord is above every name. Remember to call on the name of the Lord when in trouble, it brings salvation, healing, and deliverance.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. When in crisis or when you are facing challenges, the first thing you must do is call on the name of the Lord.
2. As you call on the name of the Lord, believe that God will make a way.
3. Fulfill your part of the bargain, be righteous(stay away from sin as much as possible)
