It shall not return to me without success
It shall not return to me without success
By Evangeline Unity Esaaba Folson
My word shall not return to me without success, but shall accomplish what I desire and be successful (in the thing) which I sent it.
Meaning, the word of God is backed by the power therefore it accomplishes whatever, it is meant to do.
For instance, the word of God says in Matthew 7:7 that Ask and it shall be given you seek, and ye shall find knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
According to the verse above if you need something, do not get anxious or worried because it looks impossible for you to obtain.
Just talk to God in prayer and place your request before Him. He being the Almighty God, with unlimited resources and unlimited power will make a way.
He might make a way immediately or later on but certainly He will make a way.
Are there any conditions in the Bible for us to fulfill before God’s word is fulfilled in our lives? Yes
• We must trust in the power of God
Number 23:19
Hebrews 11:6
• Pray without ceasing
Jeremiah 33:3
1 Thessalonians 5:17
• Thank God for answered prayer
Isaiah 43:19
1 Thessalonians 5:18
We must trust in the power of God
Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent” hath He said, and shall He not do it?
Meaning, God cannot lie, if He says in Isaiah 41:10 that He will strengthen you and help you. He will if He says in Romans 8:28 that all things will work together for your good.
Even, the bad events in your life can be turned around to benefit you.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith, it is impossible God (Him) for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
God shows or proves that He can be trusted by rewarding or honoring promises His children ask for in faith.
Pray without ceasing
Jeremiah 33:3
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
The verse above says we should pray or call unto God certainly; He will certainly answer by granting our requests.
1 Thessalonians 5:17
Pray without ceasing
Two verses in the Bible are referred to a the shortest Bible verses. The one above and John 11:35 which says
Jesus wept
Pray without ceasing means, call on the Lord, morning, afternoon evening, midnight and down because we need “Jesus every hour” as one of the popular hymns says
I need thee every
Hour
Most gracious Lord
No tender voice like
Thine
Can peace afford
I need thee
Oh I need
Every hour I need
Thee
Oh bless me now
My savior
I come to thee
Once we pray, constantly
As the verse above says it is an indication to God that we trust Him and the power in His word.
He will move on our behalf
Thank God for answered prayer
Isaiah 43:19
Behold, I do a new thing Now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert
I Thessalonians 5:18 in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
In the verse from Isaiah God says He has already started doing new things in our lives already. He is making the impossible possible.
COVID could have wiped all humans off the earth but He provided as a cure and preventive measures.
And most of us are still here.
Let’s keep thanking God for His goodness and mercy
