You are God!!
Genesis 1:1-3
In the beginning the world was void and without form
Then God said, let there be light and there was light…. (Paraphrssed)
When you say”You are God” You mean God is the eternal supreme God who created and preserves all things.
The verse above confirms the explanation given. It is an excerpt from the story of creation. Initially, the world was void and without form ( the world could not be defined or described) but God created the world and what is in it just by calling things into being.
Let there be light and there was light. Who else but the eternal supreme God can do this. Scripture and a song also say that
You are God from beginning to the end
There ‘s no need for argument, you are God
(Paraphrased- Isaiah 45:5-6)
Meaning, God is indeed the eternal supreme God no one can deny this.
James 1: 17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning
This verse from the new testament explains further that God is indeed God. All good and perfect things come from Him.
