Victory comes from God!!
Ecclesiastes 9:11
I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong ……but time and chance happeneth to them all

“Victory comes from God” means God gives success, promotion , prosperity and any other good things in life.

James 1:12 says that every good and perfect gift comes from God. Meaning , any good and perfect thing comes from God

The verse above says the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the
strong….

Which implies that it is not by our own abilities that we can succeed or have the victory. The hand of God or favor of God is also very important

Without it , we might waste our abilities and resources and not achieve what we desire

2 Corinthians 2:14
But thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph

This verse from the new testament affirms the fact that victory always comes from God.

We need to thank God constantly for His favor that causes us to triumph at all times
