Through it all?
Psalm 18:29
For by thee I have run through a troop: and by my God have I leap over a wall

“Through it all” means in spite of everything. The ups and the downs, the mountains and the valleys
I have learnt to trust in God.

The verse above implies that it is just by the grace and help of God that I have made it this far.

Scripture also says in Psalm 23:4 that

Ye though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil , for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me

Meaning, even when things are rough, I am confident that God can and will see me through

Philippians 4:6-7
Have no anxiety about anything but in
everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus

This passage from the new testament re- affirms Psalm 23:4 , there is no need to be anxious in any situation because the Lord will see you through

God be with you
