The Lord is our refuge!!
Psalm 46:1
The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in the time of trouble

“The Lord is our refuge” means God is our deliverer and protector. He keeps us safe from all the storms of life.

In the verse above, the Psalmist proves that God is refuge because He is always with us in the time of trouble.

He encourages us, gives us strength and ensures that we are victorious.

Scripture also says in Psalm 46:10 that

Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the heathen. I will be exalted in the earth.

Meaning, we need not fret nor worry, the Lord will intervene on our behalf.

John 14:1

Let not your heart be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me

This verse from the new testament reaffirms that we need not fret nor worry. The Lord is working on our behalf. All we need to do is trust Him

Accept the gift of salvation today (Romans 10:9-10) and receive the blessings and protection of God.
