The Lord is near
Psalm 145:18-19
The Lord is near unto all those that call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth

“The Lord is near” means the Lord is as close as you can imagine Him to be:
– He may be sitting or standing with you
-Before and behind you like He led the Israelites by a cloudy pillar by day and a pillar of fire by night (Exodus 13:21-22)
-Carrying you in His arms when you are too weak to walk or move.

The verse above says, once you call on the Lord sincerely ( in truth) through prayer, He is near.

Scripture says in Joshua 1:5 that
God will never leave us nor
forsake us . He is with us wherever we go.

We need not fret or worry because He keeps watch over us 24/7. He never slumbers nor sleeps.

Matthew 28:20
…..lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age.

This verse from the new testament were Jesus’ last words. It is a firm promise that He will be with us till the end of the world.

There is nothing too hard for the Lord to do. He will keep watch over us and provide our needs if we trust Him and serve Him faithfully.

1. Fear not, for the Lord is always near.

Call on the Lord
While He may be found
He will take away your fears
