Stand up for Jesus!!!
Isaiah 6:8
Then I heard the voice of the Lord say, Whom shall I send and who will go? Then I answered and said, Here am I Lord, send me

“Stand up for Jesus” means declare your stand for the Lord. Let everyone know you belong to Jesus.Why?

Like the Prophet Isaiah was called in the verse above, our God is daily calling out to us.

There is work to be done. There are souls to be saved. Who will go out to preach to these souls?

Our response should be like that of the Prophet Isaiah, Here I am, send me.

The call is repeated in Matthew 28:19-20 by Jesus to His disciples when He was leaving the earth .

Go out to all nations and preach the word…..lo I am with you always unto the end of this age. ( Paraphrased)

Meaning, go out and preach my word, I am with always to provide whatever you need.

Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God

This verse from the new testament reminds us of one of the major characteristics of Jesus.

Jesus is described as the Prince of Peace in Isaiah 9:6. Therefore, christians need to live as peacemakers.

Working to create peace even in chaotic situations.

Accept the gift of salvation today( Romans 10:9-10) and become a peacemaker

1. Pray for grace and strength to obey God’s commands always.
