Only believe!
Jeremiah 32:27
Behold, I am the Lord God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

One stanza in the famous hymn ” Fight the good fight” says

Faint not nor fear
His arm is near
He changeth not and thou art dear
Only believe and thou shall see that
Christ is all in all to thee

As humans we easily get frightened when circumstances and events do not go as planned or expected

The verse from Jeremiah says there is nothing God cannot do. We do not have to fear but only believe and trust in God

From the hymn quoted above we learn that God is always near and we are dear, He will make a way.

Mark 5:36
As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He saith unto the ruler of the Synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe

In the verse above, a man is given some bad news but Jesus said, do not be afraid only believe.

The dead might not come back to life as happened in the story above, but God will give you “beauty for ashes”.( Isaiah 61:3) He will comfort you.
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Learn to trust God even in impossible situations, He makes a way where there is no way.

Meditate on the words of this hymn

All things are possible to him
That in Jesu’s name believe
Lord I no more thy trust betray
Thy word I humbly obey
I am, I do believe in thee
All this are possible to me
Amen
