Make a move in faith!!
Psalm 125:1-2
They that trust in God, shall be like mount Zion which cannot be moved, but endures forever ……( Paraphrased)

Often making a move in faith is done because we may feel the Holy Spirit moving us in that direction. The future looks uncertain but we know and believe God will be there with us.

The passage above confirms the explanation given above. Once our trust is in God we will not be shaken.

Scripture also says in Habakkuk 2:4 that

The just shall live by faith

Meaning, those who behave according to what is morally right and fair ( the just) believe and trust God for all their needs

Matthew 14:22-33
…..and Peter said, if it be you Lord bid me come to you ……and he walked on the water……but when he looked at the wind…..,

This passage from the New testament highlights the setbacks or hindrances to making a move in faith or living by faith:

– Allowing your circumstances to intimidate you. Peter did walk on water like Jesus until he started looking at the winds and waves

– Seeing yourself as inferior or unqualified. Peter could not believe that a mere human being, especially one who had problems in trusting God ( when Peter and his men had toiled all night but caught no fish, he did not want to threw his net once again when Jesus asked him to) could walk on water so he began to sink

-Trusting in God’s timing to save and ability to save. When he started sinking he became alarmed and started shouting. He did not believe Jesus would not allow Him to sink

Learn to put your trust completely in God He will not disappoint you ( …..I will never leave you nor forsake you , Joshua 1:5)

1. Trust God fully and completely at all times.
