Let your light shine!!!
Isaiah 60:1
Arise, shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you

” Let your light shine” means living a visible, Christ-like life through your actions so that others notice and praise God rather than you.

The verse above is a call to all Christians to shine or live a Christ-like life

We can shine through our lifestyles and good works

Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven

This verse from the new testament says Christians or children of God should set an example by the way we live. We must also do good works like sharing our resources, time and all we have with others who need it

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and let your light shine

God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?

1. Pray for grace and strength to obey God’s commands always.

Song for meditation

Let this song
be your confession and prayer

This little light of mine
I’ m going to let it shine
Let it shine
Let it shine

French version

Cette Lumiere en moi
Je vais la laisser briller
Laissez briller, laissez briller
