Kept by the power of God
Lamentations 3:22
It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not

There is a song that says:
Kept by the power of God
I am kept by the power of God
Day by day, come what may
I am kept by the power of God

There are certain challenges that we come across that were meant to completely destroy us. But as the verse above says, because of the Lord’s love and mercy (kindness) we are not consumed or destroyed.

Sometimes, we do not even see how serious the ordeal we go through is because the Lord always delivers us.

Isaiah 41:10 says
Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God
I will strengthen you
I will help you
I will uphold you with my victorious right hand

This is God’s promise to us let us therefore hold on to our faith in Christ,
Hebrews 10:35 says
Do not cast away your confidence or faith, for it has great recompense of reward.

No matter what happens to you, keep your faith and hope in Christ alive

1 Peter 1:5
Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

The verse above says the power of God keeps us through our faith in Christ.

Trust and depend on God at all times
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Whenever you are faced with a difficult task that looks impossible turn to God through prayer for help and direction.

Father, keep us safe from all attacks and troubles
