Keep me burning!!
Psalm 23:5
……thou anointed my head with oil, my cup runneth over

“Keep me burning” means maintain my enthusiasm and zeal for doing the work of the Lord

Like the verse above says, anoint my head with oil and let my cup run over. So I will be empowered to do your work

Scripture also says in Philippians 4:13 that

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

Meaning, if the Lord empowers you, you can do exploits for Him

Matthew 25:4
The wise ones however took oil in their jars along with them ( paraphrased)

This verse from the new testament stresses on the importance of maintaining the oil or the anointing always. The wise virgins carried extra oil to refill their lamps. As ambassadors for Christ we must take time to reactivate the anointing from time to time. Frequent times of fasting and prayer. It could be weekly, monthly or quarterly

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and receive constant oil for your lamp.
