His mercies shall endure!!
Psalm 136:1
Oh give thanks unto the Lord: for He is good: for His mercy endureth a forever.
When you say ” His mercies shall endure” it means God is so full of compassion ( mercy) that it can never run out
In the verse above the Psalmist says we ought to or have to give thanks to God, for He is kind( good) and His compassion never runs out.
Scripture says in
1 Thessalonians 5:18 that
In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you
Meaning, no matter how bad things seem
sometimes we have to give thanks to God because , He has an amazing way of combining the good and bad events in our life such that they all favor or benefit us.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord
This verse from the new testament gives another scenario of God’s mercy.
When you learn to push or promote the gospel through financing or sharing the word yourself in spite of the challenges you may face.
The mercy of God will abound in your life bringing your way many blessings
God be with you
How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Trust in God and do what is right
Song for meditation
Let this song be your confession and prayer
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases
His mercies never will come to an end
They are new every morning
New every morning
Great is thy faithfulness Oh Lord
Great is thy faithfulness
Les bontes de Mon Dieu
Ne sont pas epuises
Ses compassions ne sont pas a leur terme
Elles se renouvellent chaque martin
Vous etes toujours fidele
Mon Dieu
Amen
