Greater things He will do!!
Genesis 1: 1-3
……..And He said, let there be light and there was light

When you say ” Greater things He will do” it pre-suposes that God has already done some amazing things in your life and you are hoping or expecting Him to do even more extraordinary things ( miracles) in your life.

The passage above is the first part of the creation story. It begins by saying the world was without form and void ( simply put, there was nothing ( void, empty).

But God said let there be light and immediately there was light

If God was able to create the whole universe out of nothing but words, what can’t He do?

Scripture says in Jeremiah 32:27 that

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh, is anything too hard for me to do?

It re- emphasized the fact that God can do all things. Greater and amazing things.

Matthew 8:23-27
But He was asleep……Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm

This passage from the new testament also re- affirms that God can do greater and amazing things in our lives.

The fact that He can use words to calm a storm at sea confirms this
God be with you

How can I apply the word to my life?

1. Trust in God and do what is right
