God never fails

Joshua 1:5
There shall no man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee or forsake thee.

These are the words of assurance the Lord gave Joshua when He called Him and gave Him an assignment. All throughout the life and work of Joshua, God kept His word. He enabled Joshua to lead the people of Israel to the promised land. It was under the leadership of Joshua, that the great wall of Jericho was brought down. In the same way God was with Joshua, He is with every Christian and child of God. Just as God promised to never fail or forsake Him, He never fail or forsake you.

Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness, and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave you or forsake you.

In the book of Hebrews, God cautions us to watch what we say and be content with what we possess. He also promises once again to never leave or forsake us. God is faithful and He will keep His word. Let us step out in faith to fulfill God”s command of winning souls for the kingdom. He will never fail us as we obey this command. He will not only provide the grace and strength for this assignment but He will also meet all our personal needs.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Ask God for whatever you need to win souls through prayer. The message to present after you have studied the word and the courage you need to present it. He will not fail you.
2. Ask God also for your personal needs and strength to overcome the challenges you face,. He will not fail you.

Prayer
Faithful God, thank you for the gift of another day. Help me fulfill my assignment as a christian and overcome my challenges.
