God can calm the storm
Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the water , it shall not….

The word “storm” in the topic for today does not refer only to sea and rain storm but also to the challenges and obstacles we face in life.

In the verse above God assures His people Israel through the Prophet Isaiah that no matter what calamity or storm they face, God can calm the storm .

Matthew 19:26 says

…….with God all things are possible.

Commit your life into God’s hand and trust Him to calm the storms you face.

Matthew 8:23-26

……and He rebuked the wind and sea and it was completely calm

This verse from the new testament confirms that God can do the impossible.

Decide today to ask and depend on God to calm all the storms in your life.

1. Trust and obey God at all times.

There is no problem too big
God cannot solve it
There is no mountain too tall
He cannot move it
There is no storm too dark
God cannot calm it
There is no sorrow too deep
He cannot soothe it

If He carries the weight of the world upon His shoulders
I know my brother that He will carry you

He says come unto me
All who are weary
And I will give you rest
