Thy will be done on earth
As it is in heaven ( paraphrased)

“Yes Lord” signifies complete submission, trust and obedience to God’s will for your life.

The verse above says God’s will should be done here on earth meaning we should say “yes” to God’s will being fulfilled in our lives

There are times we make plans and choices for ourselves as students, workers and ambassadors of Christ. We work so hard at achieving an objective and we fail several times

– You want to be a doctor by all means. You have failed the science examination twice already. Perhaps , it is God’s way of telling, to do something else. Say yes to the will of God

– You want to be the Chairman of the labour union in your company. You have lost the elections three times already. Probably , it is God’s way of telling you to stay away and do something else. Say yes to the will of God

– You want to Minister the word of God through songs. But you always sing discord. Maybe it is time to try to use social media to preach the gospel. Say yes to the will of God

Jeremiah 29:11 says

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you saith the Lord. Thoughts of peace and not of evil. To give you a future and a hope

God has a plan for each person’s life. Say Yes to God fulfilling His plan for your life
