We have been redeemed
Psalm 107:2
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy.

To redeem is to regain possession of something in exchange for payment

After the fall of man, because Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit. Man was spiritually separated from God or man died spiritually. To reconcile man to God, He had to buy us back through the blood of Jesus.

Once you accept the gift of Salvation you are redeemed. However, there are many other people who are still held in bondage by the evil one that need to be redeemed

Do not enjoy your freedom and salvation alone, tell everyone about it. Jesus’ last words to His disciples were:
Go ye therefore to all nations and preach the good news….(Matthew 28:19-20)

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ, it is our duty to testify about our redemption to win others for Christ. Let this be the main item on your agenda each day.
