Joshua 1:8
This book of law shall not depart from thy mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night. And be careful to obey all that it says, for then you shall make your way prosperous and you shall have good success ( paraphrased)

“The best book to read is the Bible” means the Bible is God’s inspired ultimate guide for life, offering spiritual truth, wisdom, salvation and a path to know God

The Prophet Joshua in the verse above says we need to study and meditate on the word of God and obey what it says. It is necessary for prosperity and good success

As students, workers and ambassadors of Christ we need direction on many things

– Your choice of subjects in school

– Your dream career

– And find out the best way you can present the gospel

a) Some do it through songs or playing an instrument

b) Others use drama

c) Or through social etc

– The Bible can guide you on the best approach to use

– King David as a young man in King Saul’s palace played a harp for Him ( 1 Samuel 16:23)

– Tabitha made dresses and coats for people as a way of recommending the love of Christ ( Acts 9:39)

There are many more examples in the Bible. It gives direction on everything we need to live a successful life

Psalm 119:105 says
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path

God be with you
