So faithful Lord!!
1 Thessalonians 5:24
Faithful is He who has called you and He also will do it ( paraphrased)

” So faithful Lord” describes God as entirely trustworthy, unwavering and steadfast in keeping His promises, covenant and love. Just as the verse above says

God continues to be faithful even when we are unfaithful that is why we say our God is so faithful.

In our line of duty as students, workers and ambassadors of Christ we need to testify about God’s faithfulness

– At school you feel ashamed of sharing the salvation message with your friends. However when you pray during examination time for God to strengthen you, help you and uphold you with His victorious right hand ( Isaiah 41:10b) , you pass with distinction. You were unfaithful but God remained faithful

– At the factory, you do not want anyone to know you are a christian because you do not live according to God’s commands. But when you pray for God to make you excel ( Make you the head and not the tail) as Deuteronomy 28:13 says, you were made a production manager. You were unfaithful but God was faithful

– As an ambassador of Christ you have lost your zeal and enthusiasm for preaching the gospel. But when you prayed for grace and strength to excel in all your endeavors as Philippians 4:13 says
You were made the head usher in church. You were unfaithful but God was faithful

These three scenarios described above proves that God is so faithful. He remains faithful even when we are not faithful

However, our Lord promises rewards for faithfulness therefore it is better to remain faithful

Revelations 22:12 says
Behold, I come quickly and my reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done

God be with you
