Keep me shining , Lord!!
Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

When you say ” keep me shining, Lord” it means you want to excel in doing good works or giving for the work of God

– In order to thank and glorify God for all He has done for you

– And to let your life attract other people to serve God

That is the central message in the verse quoted above

Scripture also says in Ephesians 2:10

That we are God’s workmanship created for good works ( paraphrased)

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ
always remember that you were created to do good works to glorify God . As Ephesians 2:10 says

In your line of duty always aim at glorifying God through good works

– As a student be ready to share your notes and textbooks with that unfortunate student whose parents cannot buy textbooks or has lost his/ her textbooks

– As a worker be ready to be a good teammate. Share whatever skills you have freely , because you received what skill or knowledge you have freely from God

– As an ambassador of Christ, share testimonies of what God has done for you freely with others to attract them to serve God and not to attract attention to yourself

– Without God, you can do nothing ( John 15:5)
