Pray without ceasing
Ephesian 6:18
Praying always with. all supplication and thanksgiving…

To pray “without ceasing”or “Praying always” means to pray continuously without breaking or stopping. How can we pray without ceasing when we have so many things to do in the day?

You are either learning, working or preaching the word. The bible says in Isaiah 26:3 that

He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him.

Based on this verse, I believe praying without ceasing involves keeping your mind on God or focusing on God throughout the day.

At certain times you can go on your knees and pray aloud. But when you cannot do that because you are learning or working:
– Keep your mind on God. The bible says in Psalm 139:4 that even before we speak God knows what is in our hearts:
– Whisper a prayer when you cannot pray aloud
-Think about what the word of God says about a problem you are facing.

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ, there is an old song which says….

…..And if you feel the need to talk to somebody
Who’ll hear every word you say
Just open up your heart and talk to Jesus
For Jesus is only a prayer away,…..
God be with you

Suggestions for success
1. Cultivate the habit of whispering a prayer whilst you work. And keep your thoughts on God. Read Philippians 4:8
