The Lord is my Shepherd!!
Psalm 23:1
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.

A shepherd looks after sheep, he guides them to find food, water and a good resting place. He also protects them from harm.

When you say, “The Lord is my shepherd” it means the Lord is your guide and protector. Therefore, you will not want, or lack anything important you need as the verse above says.

Scripture also says in Philippians 4:19 that

… My God will supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

Meaning, the Lord will provide all you need physically, spiritually and emotionally.

As a student, worker and ambassador of Christ, do not worry or get discouraged when

– As a student your school fees is delaying and you know you cannot write examinations if you do not pay fees

– As a worker you keep missing deadlines for the submission of your assignments

– As a minister cannot secure a venue for an important program.

Always remember that, because the Lord is your shepherd

– He will provide all you need including your school fees ( Philippians 4:19)

– He will perfect all that concerns you including helping you complete your assignments on time. ( Psalm 138:8)

– He will make a way where there is no way by enabling you get a suitable venue for your program ( Isaiah 43:19)
