My stone of help!!!
Psalm 121:1-2
I will lift up eyes to the hills, from whence cometh my help, my help cometh from the Lord
The maker of heaven and earth

“My stone of help” refers to “Ebenezer”, a memorial monument erected by the Prophet Samuel in the old Testament to thank God for rescuing the Israelites from their enemies.

This implies that the Lord is the source of all the help we will need in life just as the passage above says

As students, workers and ambassadors of Christ there are several instances when we need help

– In school you might need help to understand some difficult subjects like mathematics, physics etc.

– At work you may need help as a freshly employed staff to understand the conditions of service, work ethics etc and how they apply to your job

– As an ambassador of Christ you need fresh ideas frequently on how to present the salvation message

In all the scenarios given above you need to seek help from God through His word and prayer first

God has promised us in Isaiah 41:10b that
…… I will strengthen you, I will help you and I will uphold you with my victorious right hand

God is our stone of help or source of help as christians and He will not let us down
