Lifter of our heads!!!
Psalm 3:3
But you O Lord, are a shield for me, my glory and the lifter of my head

” Lifter of our heads” means that God provides comfort, restores dignity and gives hope to those who are bowed down by despair. That is the message in the verse above

God indeed enables us to do all things and excel to glorify His name

In our line of duty as students, workers and ambassadors of Christ we might find ourselves in situations where we are not qualified to give appropriate explanations

– The word of God says in James 5:14-15 that
Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick…..
You are in school and a friend is sick, there are no elders of the church and no oil but you decide to pray for her. She is not healed instantly and you advise her to take her medication. Why was she not healed instantly? Is it because you are not an elder of the church or you did not use oil? These are questions only God can answer. You continue praying and she is healed a few days later. God has lifted your head and glorified His name

– Someone misplaces her money needed urgently for a project
Matthew 7:7 says
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find……
You pray with your colleague but she does not find it. You keep praying and she finds it the next day. God has lifted your head and glorified His name

– As an ambassador of Christ you preach the salvation message to someone who refuses to accept the gift of salvation. Is it because you did not present the message well? Matthew 28:19 says our part is to preach to all nations God will do the rest. Keep praying for the person and he or she will be saved. God will lift up your head and glorify His name
