Let your light shine!!!

Matthew 5:16

Let your light so shine among men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven

” Let your light shine” means visibly living a Christ- like life through good works, integrity and love, allowing God’s truth to be seen by others.

Just like the verse above says so that the name of God might be glorified.

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ your ultimate desire as a child of God must be to glorify His name

– In school a classmate might fall sick and need care and healing. Offer to help and pray for her to be healed. When she is healed she will praise God and thank you. But let her know it is the doing of the Lord and give all the glory to God

– At work, a colleague might be late because of domestic responsibilities. Try and cover up for her by doing her job in addition to yours. When she returns and thanks you. Let her know it is the doing of the Lord and give all the glory to God

– As an ambassador of Christ do not just present the salvation message try and meet needs as well. It makes your message more effective. You could share the gospel and your lunch. When the person thanks you, let her know it is the doing of the Lord and give all the glory to God

Psalm 34:1 says

I will bless the Lord at all times , His praise shall continually be in my mouth

Bless the Lord at all times and let your light shine

God be with you
