Jesus is coming back
John 14:3
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also

A songwriter said:

He is coming back again
He is coming back again
Glory, Hallelujah
Praise God He is coming back
Praise God, He is coming back again

The verse and song above emphasize the fact that Jesus is coming back.

Let us not behave like the people in Noah’s time who disregarded the warnings from Noah, ridiculed Him and watched him build the ark , gather his family and animals, enter the ark, close the doors,then the rain came to destroy them all. ( Genesis 6 – Genesis 8)

The birth and death of Jesus (Isaiah 53:2-5) as well as His coming back ( Joel 2:28-32) was prophesied by the Prophet Isaiah and a few others before it happened. If the birth and death happened several years later when men had completely forgotten about it and did not expect it, then His coming will also happen unexpectedly. It might take years but it will happen.

Even if it does not happen in your lifetime, live in such a way that when it eventually happens you will not be left out.

As the year draws to a close, reflect on the activities, experiences and events of ,2021. Consider your life as a student, worker or minister of God.

What would you want to do differently in 2022 that will prepare you for the return of our Messiah.

How will you:
,- Treat your friends at school?
– Relate to your seniors and teachers?
– Study so you do not waste your parents’ money
-Relate to your superiors and subordinates at work?
– Perform your duties at work?
– Respond to your call as an ambassador for Christ?

In everything you do seek to please God and glorify His Name. ( Matthew 5:16)

Suggestions for success
1. As you answer the questions for yourself, put down a few resolutions or things you hope to do in 2022.
2. Paste it on top of your bed or anywhere you can see frequently.
,3. Pray for grace and strength to fulfill them.

Prayer
Father, help me remember at all times that Jesus is coming back and let me live to glorify your name .
