Hide me under the shadow of your wings
Psalm 32:7
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.

There are times when the pressures from life make us feel as though we need a peaceful and quiet place to rest and re- strategize.

In the verse above, the Psalmist seemed to be in such a situation. He was asking God to give him shelter from the storm and sustain him or surround him with songs of deliverance. How does God do this?

Psalm 17:8-9 and Psalm91:4 says He hides us under the shadow of His wings or He covers us with the blood of the lamb.

As students, workers and ambassadors of Christ we face pressures from School work, tight work schedules and people who are difficult to minister to.

Before we leave the house each morning, let’s ask God to hide us under the shadow of His wings and preserve us from trouble.

2. Pray on these issues each morning and put in your best to excel

Surround me with your presence Lord
And make me live in thy own way
As I would love to live each day
And magnify your name

Hide me in the shadow of your wings
Preserve me from trouble
Surround me with songs of deliverance
And give me your peace
