He will set you free!!!
Isaiah 61:1
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me to bring good news to the poor…..and proclaim liberty to captives

” He will set you free” means Jesus Christ delivers believers from the bondage of sin, liberating them to live for God.

The verse above says God has anointed us ( christians) to proclaim liberty to captives.

Dear student, worker and ambassador of Christ when living for God or living a righteous life becomes difficult remember there is a God who can set you free from sin.

– At school people are going out to town without exeat or permission. They come back with stories and you sometimes feel like going them. Going out without permission is wrong so pray for God to set you free and deliver you from temptation. (Matthew 6:13 )

– At work people are criticizing your superiors. Do you join them? No ! Pray for God to set you free from the desire to join your colleagues . (1 Timothy 2:1-2 ) says pray for those in authority. Do not critisize them

– As an ambassador of Christ you only want to present the gospel to those you can gain something from. Pray for God to set you free from this desire. In 2 Kings 5:16, the Prophet Elisha refuses to take money from those he helped

These are only a few areas, God can set us free. He can set us free from the bondage of sin in every area of our lives
