Do not stumble!!!
Proverbs 4:12
When you walk, your steps will not be hampered, when you run, you will not stumble

“Do not stumble” means avoid making another believer sin or fall away from the faith.

Like the verse above says we need to be very careful in whatever we do so as not to stumble or mislead another believer.

In our line of duty as students, workers and ambassadors of Christ
we might be tempted to disobey what the bible says

– Everyone is copying in the examination hall. Do you also copy as a Christian?

– Everyone is adding zeros to company accounts in order to pocket the balance. Do you also do the same as a Christian ?

– You need more money to expand your ministry. Do you use honest or dishonest means?

Doing things not in line with God’s word in all three examples given above will cause you to stumble and mislead other people

Hebrews 12:1 says

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that which doth so easily beset us and let us run with patience the race that is before us

Meaning, when we confess to be christians, everyone ( cloud of witnesses) is monitoring our actions to see if they fall in line with what the bible says. Moving away from what the word says might mislead other christians

Live to please God in whatever you do

God be with you
