The prayer of faith
Psalm 37:5
Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.
The prayer of faith is a prayer that yields results. It involves putting everything you do into God’s hands and asking for His help and direction. It also requires that you believe without any doubt of God’s power and ability to perform. The verse above says when you do the things mentioned faithfully, God shall bring to pass what you asked for.
James 5:15-16 says
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; …………The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Another translation of the last part of verse 16 says:
The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available. A righteous man is anyone who is born agaiñ and does the will of God. This implies that the persistent and sincere prayer of a Christian releases God’s power. Ask God to help you offer prayers of faith in times of need.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Remember to always ask for God’s help and direction in all you do.
2. Believe without any doubt that God is able to do what you request for.
3. Praise and thank Him in advance for the victories and breakthroughs He will give you.
Prayer
Faithful God, receive all the praise and honor you deserve because you are a great and mighty God. Help me to believe without any doubt that you are able to do all things. Amen.
