The Lord Looks At The Heart
By Evangeline Unity Esaaba Folson ( A.K.A Aunty Evangeline
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as many seeth. For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
Interest in the word above is centered on the phrase “but the Lord looketh on the hearth”
There are times when the whole world might find you guilty as charged. And there is no way to defend yourself. Do not lose hope for the verse above confirms, the Lord looks at the heart. He knows your begining and your ending. He knows the secrets of your heart.
He will work or put together all the good and bad events in your life and make them benefit you as Romans 8:28 says
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
What do you do whilst you wait for God to move in your life, Since He alone can see the secrets of your heart.

PRAY WITHOUT CEASING
This means pray without a break. In practice this might look impossible. You do not have to stop working or learning kneel down put your hands together or raise your hands to heaven.

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and might things, which thou knowest not

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter, fear God, and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of men
Roman 12:18
If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
The first verse quoted above is encouraging us to keep or obey God’s commandments. And the second one is asking us to live at peace with everybody. Do not fight or exchange words because of a misunderstanding. Keep quiet and allow God to speak on your behalf
DO NOT REPAY EVIL WITH EVIL
Proverbs 9:10
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the Holy is understanding

Human nature often creates a desire for revenge sometimes but the two verses above points to the fact that there is no benefit in revenge.

1Peter 5:7 says
Casting all your cares upon him; for He careth for you.
The Lord will reinstate and vindicate you.
There is a song that says
It’s the commonest feeling to be misunderstood but with you there is no concealing neither bad nor good…
When you are dealing with God there is no fear of being misunderstood because He looks at the heart.
