Who is on the Lord’s side?
Joshua 24:15
…. Choose ye this day whom ye will serve. Whether the gods your fathers served…. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord

To be on the Lord’s side is to stand for the principles and values emphasized in the bible.

In the verse above, Joshua is asking the Israelites to choose between God Almighty, Yahweh and other gods.

Sometimes just like the Israelites had to choose which God they will serve, we also have to make a choice.

Looking at your situation, would you be patient to wait for the timing and move of Yahweh or you want the fastest and shortest way out? Remember, short cuts are dangerous.

Scripture says in Ecclesiastes 3:11 that

God makes everything beautiful in His time (paraphrased)

Will you be on the Lord’s side?

Matthew 22:37-39
Love the Lord thy God with all your heart and with all your mind and with all your soul…..

This passage from the new testament highlights what we need to do to show we are on the Lord’s side.

Love the Lord with our whole being ( heart, mind and soul) by deriving our joy from doing the work of God and obeying His commands.
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Choose to be on the Lord’s side.
