We have a destiny!!
Jeremiah 1:5
Before, I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations

” We have a destiny” means we were all born for a special reason. We have a specific mission to fulfill on earth.

This message is explained in the verse above. God says He knew the Prophet Jeremiah even before , he was born and appointed him a prophet in the womb

God created each of us for a special purpose. This is found in Matthew 28:19-20 – The Great Commission

We are to declare the good news to the whole world

– A group of people will be Pastors, Preachers, Ministers, Apostles, Evangelists , Prophets etc declaring the word in the formal church pulpit or creating their own pulpits on social media, You Tube , Crusades etc

– Some of us will preach the word through songs

– Some will be instrumentalists to help the singers declare the message

– Another group of people will welcome people to church with a big smile to put them at ease to receive the message- ushers

– Another section will support the ministry of others by cooking,carrying instruments etc

Everyone must fulfill his or her mission.

Scripture says in Ephesians 2:10 that

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do

Meaning, we were created to be agents God will use to fulfill His mission on earth. God is Spirit ( John 4:24) He has no physical hands, feet , mouth etc

– He will use our mouth to declare His word here on earth

– When that poor widow prays for food, He will send you or me to give her food

– When the sick pray for healing, He can send you to lay hands and pray for healing, as He asked Ananias to go and pray for Saul’s healing, he later became the great Apostle Paul ( Acts 9:10-19)

– Or pay for medication that will heal the sick etc

1 Peter 2:9

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light

This verse from the new testament explains our mission further. We have all been chosen as priests to preach the word

Start fulfilling your destiny today by accepting the gift of Salvation ( Romans 10:9-10)
