The world is in HIS hands!
Genesis 1:1-4
In the begining God created the heavens and the earth, the world was void and without form……and God said, “Let there be light”…..

“The world is in His hands” is another way of saying ” He’s got the whole world in His hands” it refers to God’s unlimited power , that is used to work wonders or do great things for man, His creation.

Our key passage from the old testament today, proves that initially the world was void (empty) and without form (with no plan or structures).

It was God who called things into being according to His own plan. Meaning, God created the world and all that is in it. He has got the whole world in His hands, He controls everything.

He causes the earth to revolve around the sun giving us day and night, as scientists have discovered. He causes rain to fall, the waves of the sea to roll etc.

The bible says in Isaiah 6:3 that
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts. The earth is full of His glory

If God is in- charge of the affairs of the world then He is the answer for the world and humans problems today. He can fix problems we cannot resolve.

John 1:1-2
I the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God…….

This passage from the new testament also confirms the Godhead, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit were all present at the time of creation.

The God we serve is great and mighty let’s continue to trust Him completely and serve Him faithfully.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Determine in your heart to make God your all in all and to serve Him faithfully.
