The name of the Lord
Psalm 148:13
Let them praise the name of the Lord: for His name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and the heaven

There is a hymn that says:

How sweet the name of Jesus sounds in a believer’s ears
It soothes his sorrow
Heals his wounds
And drives away his fears

It sets the wounded spirit free
And calms the troubled breast
It’s manna to the hungry soul
And to the weary rest

Dear name the rock on which I stand
My shield and hiding place
My never failing treasury fill
With boundless gifts of love

The hymn above tells us more about the power in the name of the Lord, the verse from Psalm 148 also emphasizes how excellent and powerful the name of the Lord is.

The name of the Lord is above all power on earth and in the heavens.

Romans 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God

This verse from the new testament, gives another scenario of the power in the name of the Lord. When it is mentioned every knee bows and every tongue shall confess Him as Lord and God of all. Keep trusting Him.

1. Call on the Lord whenever you are in need of any kind of help.
