The lamb of God!!
Isaiah 53:7
Like sheep or a lamb being led to the slaughter…..

In the bible, the lamb signifies sweetness, forgiveness and meekness. These are all characteristics used to describe Jesus the lamb of God.

The verse above highlights the fact that Jesus did not complain or fight back in spite of all He went through even though He had done no wrong.

Scripture also says in Psalm 34:19-22 that

Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him from them all.

As Christians we should all learn from Jesus example. We are bound to face challenges as ambassadors of Christ but we should always remember that the Lord will help us overcome them as the verse above says.

John 1:29
….. Behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world

This verse from the new testament reminds us that Jesus took away all our sin, weaknesses and pain on the cross.

We need not fret or worry because His grace is sufficient for us in every situation ( 2 Corinthians 12:8-9)
