Spread the gospel
Psalm 96:3
Declare His glory among the heathen, His wonders among all people.

Spreading the gospel is God’s greatest desire and one of the major duties of man.

There are several verses in the bible that confirm this in both the old and new testament.

For example in the old testament, there is the verse above(Psalm 96:3) and ( Joel 2:1). For the new testament there are verses like (Matthew 28:19-20) and (2 Timothy 4:2)

1 Peter 3:15
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of your hope that is in you with meekness and fear ( with humility and respect)

As we spread the gospel, the verse above directs us to do it with humility and respect. Though we know salvation is necessary and beneficial to all men, we cannot force it on anyone.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Make soul winning part of your agenda each day.
2. Use social media, one-on-one chats etc.

Loving Father, receive all the praise and honour you deserve. Help me to fulfill your greatest desire and my major mission here on earth. Amen.
