Shepherd of our souls!!!
Psalm 23:1
The Lord is my shepherd
I shall not want

When you say ” The Lord is my shepherd” it means , the Lord is your keeper. He ensures that you are physically and spiritually nourished

The verse above says, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. Or I have everything I need. The rest of the Psalm explains how our Lord cares for us

– Making us lie down in green pastures to rest and revive our souls

– Leading us beside still waters for water and physical nourishment

– Restoring or renewing the strength of our souls

Scripture also says in Numbers 6:24-26 that

The Lord bless thee and keep thee
The Lord cause His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you.
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace

This passage is the blessing ministers pronounce on their congregation every Sunday. It simply means the Lord be your keeper throughout the week

Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

This verse from the new testament says the Lord will supply and provide all we need as a good shepherd

Accept the gift of salvation y( Romans 10:9-10) and enjoy the blessings of the Lord each day

1. Pray for grace and strength to obey God’s commands always.
