Renew your strength!!
Isaiah 40:30-31

Even the youth grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall
But those that wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint

Even the youth full of strength and enthusiasm ( youthful exuberance) get tired and weary

Therefore
“Renew your strength” is a word of caution to all christians to spend time in the presence of God praying , fasting and studying the word.

That is waiting on the Lord, the central theme of the passage above.

Scripture also says in Psalm 16:11 that

You will show me the path of life, In your presence is fullness of joy. At your right hand are pleasures forevermore

Meaning, when we spend time in the presence of God, we do not only renew our strength but we find joy and pleasure as well

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

This verse from the new testament, adds one more benefit of spending time in the presence of God.

The strength we find from spending time in the presence of God, gives us the ability or endues us with power to do anything we want to do

If you have not accepted the gift of salvation, do so now ( Romans 10:9-10)
