Pray without ceasing
1 Samuel 12:23
Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way

Prayer is one of the major defensive weapons a christian has. No matter how fierce the battle or challenge, prayer will help you sail through.

A songwriter wrote:

Prayer, miracle working prayer
Answer to it all
Problems great or small
Oh if you believe
You will receive
All the blessings God
Has for you.

Jeremiah 33:3 says
Call on me, and I will
Answer, and show you great and hidden things
You do not know.

God said we can call on Him anytime, anywhere for as many times as we desire and He will respond. Let us learn to pray without ceasing for ourselves as well as other people. The verse above from 1 Samuel 12 encourages us to do so.

Pray without ceasing

Praying without ceasing means pray at all times, in the morning, afternoon, evening, midnight, dawn. Even when you are working or learning , try to whisper a prayer undertone whenever you can
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Pray until it becomes a habit or part of you such that you become uncomfortable when you do not pray for a long time.

Dear Lord, help me to stay connected to you by praying constantly.
