More than a conqueror!!
Psalm 91:7-12
A thousand may fall at thy side….Only with thy eyes shall thou see……..

To be more than a conqueror is to be handed over the victory or title belt without actually fighting.

That is what Jesus did for us on the cross. Through His death and resurrection, He handed over to us victory over every challenge or battle we would encounter now and in the future. We tap into this victory when we accept the gift of salvation.

In the passage above, the Psalmist gives a description of a battle but he assures us that with Christ on our side we need not do any fighting. He will preserve us.

The bible also says in Psalm 27:1 that

The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear. The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?

Meaning, if the Lord is our guide and protector we need no be afraid of anything because we are more than conquerors.

Romans 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him…

This verse from the new testament assures us that we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us and sacrificed His life for us.

How can I apply the ord to my life?
1. Always believe you are more than a conqueror through Christ and act like one.
