Make us one, Lord!!
Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpeneth iron, so one person sharpens another
” Make us one Lord” is a prayer for spiritual unity among believers.
The verse above highlights the fact that
” Unity is strength” as we complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses
Scripture also says in Psalm 133:1
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity
The verse above confirms that unity is strength
John 17:21
Just as you Father are in me and I am in you, so also may they be one in us that the world may believe that you have sent me
This verse from the new testament points to the fact that unity among believers is a sign that we are children of God
Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and join christians here on earth demonstrate love and unity to confirm we are God’s own
