Make us instruments of peace!!!
Psalm 46:10
Be still , and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth

” Make us instruments of your peace” is a plea to God to help us live peacefully with all

The verse above proposes that to help us become instruments of peace, we need to be still. That is stop fretting and worrying. Not getting anxious and agitated . Such that we get into petty squabbles .

We should learn to our trust in God. Romans 12:18 says

If it be possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

That is God’s will for all men

Matthew 5:9

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called children of God

This verse from the new testament says being an instrument of peace or peacemaker has rewards

It makes us children of God because Isaiah 9:6 says Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Qualified to enjoy the benefits of a joint heir with Christ

Accept the gift of salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and receive the grace to be a peace maker
