Look up to Jesus
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.

Looking up to Jesus involves relying on Jesus for all you need or require. It also demands that we trust God completely and put our confidence in Him. We should ask for His direction and help in all we do and never rely only on our own strength and wisdom.

Matthew 6:26
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

To encourage us to look up to Jesus, the Apostle Matthew gives us the example of birds or fowls of the air. If God feeds them always and protect them how much more would He not cater for a man that He made in His own image (Genesis 1:27)
You are important to God, He will never let you down. Look up to Jesus always.(Joshua 1:5)
God be with you.

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. When you need help or direction, turn to God in prayer first before you seek help from anyone else.
2. Do not throw away your confidence in God even when the answer to your request delays. Coñtinue to trust and wait for God to move.

Prayer
Father in heaven, I lift up your name above all else because there is none like you. Help me to trust you completely at all times. Amen.
