Let your light shine!!!
Job 1:8
And the Lord said unto Satan. Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God and escheweth evil?

“Let your light shine” means live a pure and clean life. Stay away from sin and live to please God only.

In the verse above , God was boasting about the righteousness of His servant Job. Can God confidently boast about your faithfulness and integrity like He did for Job?

Scripture also says in Psalm 37:4

Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall grant thee the desires of your heart

Meaning, if your true desire is to please God always, He will also reward you with blessings

Matthew 5:16

Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven

This verse from the new testament says live a righteous life. Do good works like giving your money and sharing your possessions to glorify God.

Romans 6:23 says

For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ

Accept the gift of Salvation today ( Romans 10:9-10) and receive the gift of eternal life as well

1. Pray for grace and strength to obey God’s commands always.
