Learn to give frequently
Malachi 3:10-11
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehousr, that there may be mrst inine house, and prove me herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receiver it.
And I will rebuke the debourer for your sakes, and he shall not the truth of your ground,….

Giving to God and others is a very important principle in the bible. Apart from Malachi 3:10-11 there are several other verses on giving.

Ecclesiastes 11:1 reads

Cast your bread upon the waters and you shall find it after many days.

Luke 6:38 says

Give and it shall be given unto you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over….

It is important to give frequently because:
-You will be blessed abundantly by God, more than you can contain. (,Malachi 3:10, Luke 6:38)
– God will rebuke the devourer for your sake, that is God will protect your wealth from destruction (Malachi 3:11)
– You will also receive from others ( Luke 6:38)

Acts 10:4

……….What is it Lord? And He said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms (gifts) are come up for a memorial before God.

This verse from the new testament also says our gifts or giving becomes like a memorial before God. It makes way for us to be blessed

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Cultivate the habit of giving frequently to God and your neighbors.
You did not need to give expensive gifts or huge offerings. The thought to give alone is good enough.
