Jesus is coming back
Psalm 50:3
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before Him, and it shall be very tempestuous around Him.

Jesus is surely coming back. It was foretold even before the prophecy of His birth was fulfilled. Just as the prophecy of His birth was fulfilled, the prophecy of His second coming will also be fulfilled. The prophets Isaiah, Joel, Zephaniah and some others talked about Jesus’s second coming (Isaiah 24:4-6, Zechariah 14:3-5, Daniel 12:1) Several years have elapsed since this prophecy was made but the fact that it has not been fulfilled does not mean it is a false prophecy. God is waiting for the appropriate time for Jesus to appear. He does not want any to perish therefore He is waiting and working on everyone hearing the gospel and making a choice.

John 14:3
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Jesus Himself promised His disciples that He will
Come back again. This confirms the prophecies made in the old testament. Are you ready to receive the Lord when He comes?

How can I apply the word to my life?
1. Pray and ask God to help you prepare for the second coming of Jesus.
2. Search and study scripture to guide you and help you prepare for the Lord’s coming.

Dear Lord, thank you for your love and mercy towards your people. Help me prepare for your second coming. Amen.
